Now more than ever, it is crucial that we take serious the need for our churches to invest into the ongoing equipping of our leaders who are called to reach and engage this next generation with the person and message of Jesus.

This highly practical program will span the period of 16 months in which the participants will receive one 3-day Retreat, online and in person learning modules and access to the Toronto Children’s Ministry Conference. Each module will be facilitated by CBOQ Next Generation staff along with invited professors and ministry leaders in children and family ministry. 

Each participant will receive three one-on-one coaching sessions, a training manual, be given access to children and family ministry resources and have an opportunity to network with other ministry leaders through their cohort experience. 

The current cohort experience began in January 2024. Details for the next cohort will be posted in January 2025.
