Now more than ever, it is crucial that we take serious the need for our churches to invest into the ongoing equipping of our leaders who are called to reach and engage this next generation with the person and message of Jesus.

This highly practical, fully online program will span the period of 12 months, combining monthly live Zoom sessions with asynchronous learning, curated resources, coaching, and a supportive peer cohort. Participants will also have access to the Toronto Children’s Ministry Conference  Each module will be facilitated by CBOQ Next Generation staff along with invited professors and ministry leaders in children and family ministry. 

Each participant will receive three one-on-one coaching sessions, a training manual, be given access to children and family ministry resources and have an opportunity to network with other ministry leaders through their cohort experience.
