emotionallyhealthyEmotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day by Peter Scazzero

Written as a 40-Day devotional book with the spiritual discipline of the Daily Office. Not familiar with the Daily Office? This is a practise of intentionally stopping whatever you’re doing to be with God more than once a day. This is a great book to get you started on this ancient spiritual discipline! This book is designed to offer two devotional times each day where the pause to be with God can last from five to twenty minutes.

Each of the themes in the 8 week devotional is based on a chapter from Emotionally Healthy Spirituality but don’t worry if you haven’t read that book! And did you know that Peter will be the speaker at this year’s ReIgnite Pastors Conference held November 2-4?
